Discrete Logarithms using the Index Calculus Method

Abstract: Last year we showed how greatly improved Maple's mlog method could
be if it employed the index calculus method on larger problems.  We report
that the index calculus method we presented then has been streamlined even
more and is installed in the research version of Maple.
